Abdur Rahim College of Pharmacy is a dedicated teacher-education institution established to meet the growing demand for professionally trained secondary and higher secondary teachers in West Bengal, particularly in the district of Murshidabad. Located at Choa in the Hariharpara Community Development Block, the college is set within a spacious, pollution-free and green campus that offers a peaceful atmosphere ideal for serious study, reflection and overall personality development.
Run by ABDUR RAHIM PANCHAN PAL EDUCATIONAL TRUST, the institution is recognized by the National Council for Teacher Education (NCTE) and affiliated to the University of Kalyani. With a well-decorated campus of around 3528 sq. mt., modern classrooms, well-equipped laboratories (ICT, Language, Science and Mathematics), a rich library, seminar and multipurpose halls, as well as facilities for health, physical education and art & craft, the college currently offers a two-year B.Ed programme with 100 sanctioned seats (2 units) and D.El.Ed as per prevailing regulations.
